How To Replace Brushroll Belt
Step 1: Lowerhandleto floor to changebelt (FIG.21).
Step 2: Removethe two screws from the top of the hood(FIG.22).
Step 3: Lift hoodto remove(FIG.23).
Step 4: Lift right end of brushroll(FIG.24).
Step 5: Removeand discard belt.
Step 6: Placenew belt aroundmotor shaft.
Step 7: Placenew belt aroundbrushrollpulley.
Step 8: Align left end cap with base.Pushend cap securelyinto place.
Make surethe squareon the brushrollcap is in place(FIG.25).
Step 9: Pull right side of brushrollto stretch belt. Secureright end cap
into base.
iMPORTANT
Step 10: Rotate brushrollby hand2 full rotationsto properly
positionbelt.
Step 11: Placehood back on cleaner.Replaceand tighten two screws.
Step 12: Returnvacuumto upright position.
