1. Remove the cassette if it is in the printer by pulling the cassette straight out until it
stops (fig. 1.16). Then, lift it slightly and pull it from the printer (fig. 1.17).

2. Place the cassette on a flat surface and remove the cassette cover (fig. 1.18).
Then, lift the paper length guide to release it and slide it forward (fig. 1.19).

3. Squeeze the sides of the paper width guide to release it. Then, slide the guide to
the outside of the cassette (fig. 1.20).
