Shadow tour
Select On to run shadow tour.
Resume time on inactivity
This item becomes active when Shadow tour is set to
On. If a pan/tilt/zoom operation or a preset position
action based on an alarm is performed during a Shadow
tour, the Shadow tour will pause. Here you can set
whether to resume the tour after pausing.
On: Resume the Shadow tour from the position where it
paused.
Off: Tour action stays paused.
Tour A to Tour D
Configure the settings for each Shadow tour, from Tour
A to Tour D.
On: The tour operates.
Off: The tour does not operate.
Record
Begins recording Shadow tour.
Play
Runs Shadow tour preview.
Stop
Stops the operation.
Effective period
Select the effective period of the tour.
Always: Always active.
Schedule: Effective period can be specified by schedule
configuration.
Clicking Schedule will display a menu from which
you can specify the period.
OK/Cancel
See "Buttons common to every menu" on page 34.
Sending an Image via
E-mail
— e-Mail (SMTP) Menu
e-Mail (SMTP)
When you click
menu, the e-Mail (SMTP) menu appears.
Using the e-Mail (SMTP) function, you can send an
e-mail with an attached image file that has been shot
linked with an external sensor input or with the built-in
detection functions. An image file can also be sent
periodically.
The e-Mail (SMTP) menu consists of three tabs:
Common, Alarm sending and Periodical sending.

e-Mail (SMTP)
Select On when you use the e-Mail (SMTP) function.
Notes
• You cannot send an audio file by using the e-mail
sending function.
• The frame rate and operability on the main viewer
may be reduced while a file is being transmitted by the
e-Mail (SMTP) function.
SMTP server name
Type the SMTP server name using up to 64 characters,
or the IP address of the SMTP server.
SMTP port number
Enter a port number from 25 to 65535.
The standard port number is 25.If TLS is enabled, the
standard port number for SMTPs is 465.
Use TLS
To use the encryption function by TLS, select On.
