Unit does not Print in Colour

If you are unable to print a document in colour, refer to the check list below.
CHECK1 Is the printer driver set to the colour print
option?
Click the "Paper/Quality" tab in the printer driver setup
screen, and change the "Colour" setting to "Colour".
