TV Rating-General (for USA)
This option blocks TV programs based on US ratings.
1. Press MENU on the Installer Remote, and use the arrow navigation keys to select/highlight
the LOCK menu option. Then, press ENTER.
2. If prompted for it, enter the Lock System password.
3. Use the Up/Down arrows to select TV Rating-General, and then press ENTER.
4. In the TV Rating pop-up window, use the Up/Down arrows to select a rating category. Then,
press ENTER.
• Age: Enables you to block programming to TV-G, TV-PG, TV-14, or TV-MA.
• Dialogue: Enables you to block programming with sexual dialogue to TV-PG or TV-14.
• Language: Enables you to block programming with adult language to TV-PG, TV-14, or
TV-MA.
• Sex: Enables you to block programming with sexual situations to TV-PG, TV-14, or TV-MA.
• Violence: Enables you to block programming to TV-PG, TV-14, or TV-MA.
5. In the second TV Rating pop-up window, select the desired block option, and then press
ENTER.
6. In the initial pop-up window, select Close and press ENTER to close the pop-up window and
return to the Lock Menu.
7. Press MENU to return to TV viewing, or press RETURN to return to the previous menu level.
