TROUBLESHOOTING

Refer to the following chart if the plasma ionizer operates abnormally. This may save time and unnecessary
expenses.
PROBLEM
The plasma ionizer is not
operating.
Strange odors permeate in
the room during operation.
Not sure if plasma ionizer is
operating.
There is no air coming out.

SOLUTION
• Check if there is a power failure. Make sure the power is on.
• Check if the power plug properly connected. Connect the power plug
properly and try again.
• Check if the power receptacle is working properly. Try another power
receptacle.
• Check if you are using the product in a smoky area or the odor is
coming from nearby area. It can be less effective when the product is
used in a place with excessive odor or smoke. Ventilate the area before
using the plasma ionizer again.
• Check if the Operation indicator is on. Press the
operation indicator on.
• Check if the air filter is blocked with dust. Clean the air filter is it is dirty.
