Refer to the following chart if the air purifier operates abnormally. This may save time and
unnecessary expenses.

• Check if the power is on and try to turn on the air purifier again.
• Check if the power plug is connected properly and turn on the air
purifier again.
If the product still don't work, try connecting the power plug to
other power outlets.
• After replacing the Integrated filter, press the [
over 3 seconds to reset the Filter replacement alert.
• If you see C154, 155, 162, 163, 103 , contact the service center.
• Check the Pre filter and clean it if it's dirty.
• Check the Integrated filter and replace it if it's dirty.
• A hissing noise may be heard while ions are being generated and
the noise is normal. If you want to turn off the function press the
[
] button.
• The product may generate noise if you move it while it operates;
Turn off the power before moving it around.
• You may hear operation sound of PM2.5 sensor and it's a normal.
