3. Insert the Windows Disc into a CD-ROM drive or the CD-W28PU of
your computer.
4. Insert a blank floppy disk into FDD of your computer.
5. A startup disk is completed.
6. Find out "Config.sys" file in the Startup Disk by using My Computer.
7. Open the Config.sys file by using any editing tool like Note Pad of
Windows Accessory.
