started. Start the web browser and
access the following URL.
Network Drive could not be
specified in the Save Destination
Folder. Specify a local drive.

Problem Cause and Remedy
• The registration information was incorrect.
Check the registration code and license
key and try again.
• Some features cannot be used without license
registration (JPEG Conversion).
Perform license registration.
• The Operating Instructions file is not in
software folders. (The file may be manually
deleted.)
Install this software again.
• Install Adobe Acrobat Reader and try again.
• The proxy server cannot be accessed.
Check the address and port number of the
proxy server.
• This software does not pass the proxy
authentication.
Check the user name and password of the
proxy server.
• Web browser could not be started (Download,
support information and camera portal site).
Install the web browser (Internet Explorer
6.0 or later).
• Network drives or folders on the network could
not be specified as the save destination folder.
Specify a local drive.
• Network drives or folders on the network could
not be specified as the backup destination
folder.
