For some steps, the technical service
level of the control unit must be
enabled (see page 76).

Checking the refrigerant circuit for leaks

Fill the system and check for leaks

1. Open any fitted non-return valves.
2. Check the inlet pressure of the dia-
phragm expansion vessel.
3. Thoroughly flush the heating sys-
tem.
Checking the diaphragm expansion vessel and the pressure
in the heating circuit
Carry out this test on a cold system.
Commissioning, inspection, maintenance
Observe the operating instruc-
tions during the commissioning
of the heat pump.
1. Remove the front panel:
Open locking mechanism A,
&
& Pull the front panel from the top
down and
& lift the front panel out of the bot-
tom.
2. Check the floor area, valves and all
visible solder joints for traces of oil.
4. Fill the heating system with water
and check it for leaks.
Operating pressure: 2 bar
Max. operating pressure: 4 bar
5. Reset the non-return valves into
their operation position.
