Using VPXImport
Template Reference list shows the IR template functions assigned in the
previous step.
19. Carefully review the IR functions and channel assignments listed in the
Template Reference column. The key to creating a new IR file successfully is
simply choosing an unassigned IR function and placing it next to the matching
function name in the Template Reference column. Since IR control
requirements vary with each model, you do not have to assign all the functions
listed in the Unmapped IR Functions list. However, all Template Reference
functions appearing in bold typeface must be assigned with matching IR file
functions to work correctly with the VPXpress software program.
20.
Click the IR function in the Unmapped IR Functions list. Then, click the
destination channel in the New IR File Function Order list, and the >> (right-
arrow) button to move the highlighted IR function to the active channel in the
New IR File Function Order list. Repeat this step until all required IR functions
are assigned. The buttons you can use to organize the IR file functions and their
channels include:
>> button
Moves the active IR function from the Unmapped IR
Functions list to the New IR File Function Order list.
<< button
