Adjust the insert guides to match the size of the envelope.

Open the envelope and, with the surface to be printed onto face up and the flap facing

away from the printer as shown in the illustration, insert it into the stack bypass tray
along the insert guides until it stops.
* If a mistake is made in setting an envelope, the direction of printing and the surface
that printing is accomplished onto will not be as expected.
Press the Copier/Printer switching key to switch to the printer function screen.

Press the "CUSTOM SIZES" key. The custom size setting screen will appear.

Press the "–" or "+" key to select the desired width and length. The width can be

adjusted between 98 mm - 297 mm, and the length between 148mm - 432 mm.
Press the "END" key. The message display will return to the printer function screen.
