Check and fault messages

Problem
The programme stops
and
the Machine iron or
Hand iron indicator
lamp flashes.
The buzzer sounds.
The Finish/Anti-crease
indicator lamp flashes
while drying is in
progress.
The programme stops
and
the Finish/Anti-crease
indicator lamp comes
on.
The buzzer sounds.
The Cool air indicator
lamp comes on and a
continuous alarm
sounds.

Possible cause
No obvious cause.
The programme selector
was moved after the start
of a programme. The
programme continues to
run as normal.
This is not a fault.
The electronic unit has
recognised that there is
no laundry in the drum
and cancelled the
programme.
Drying individual
garments or items which
are already dry can also
cause the programme to
be cancelled.
The dryer is not working
efficiently or
economically.
Remedy
– Switch the dryer off
and then on again.
– Then start the
programme again.
If the programme stops
again and the indicator
light flashes again there is
a fault. Contact the Miele
Service Department.
Turn the selector back to
the original position and
the indicator lamp will go
out.
Use the Warm air
programme (timed
drying) to dry individual
items.
Before changing a
programme: Open and
close the door.
