Description
Upon request from a desti-
nation, the machine sends a
document stored in memo-
ry. This feature is divided
into Free Polling, Default
ID Polling Transmission,
and Override ID Polling
Transmission.
Sends a document to a des-
tination via a fax machine
equipped with transfer sta-
tion capability.
You can have this identifi-
cation printed on the head-
er of all faxes sent from the
machine.
This feature requires the
optional PC-FAX Expand-
er.
Description
You can cancel, confirm, or
change the settings for
messages stored in memo-
ry with Memory Transmis-
sion, Confidential
Transmission, Transfer Re-
quest, Polling Reception, or
Polling Transmission.
Print this list to check on
file numbers/files stored in
memory.
You can view the transmis-
sion part of the Journal on
the display. This lists the
results of the last 50 trans-
missions.
You can view the reception
part of the Journal on the
display. This lists the last
50 receptions.
