Before carrying out any work on the boiler, it is important to
isolate the electrical supply from the unit.

1. Open the boiler's front panel (see opposite).
2. Remove the earth lead connection.
3. Unscrew the two retaining screws.
3. Check the condition of the electrode and the seal, replace if necessary,
before reassembling the electrode by following the above procedure
in reverse order.
