Attaching and removing the HDD Make sure that the POWER button on the front panel and the MAIN switch on the rear panel are both turned OFF when attaching or removing the HDD tray. Do not remove the top cover of the unit. HDDs are very sensitive to sudden shocks and vibration which can permanently damage the internal components. -
