  • Page 12 Assembly Tool with Lock Washer Inside Rear Axle • Fit the lock washer (rounded side up) into the assembly tool. Make sure it completely fits inside the assembly tool. • Position the rear axle on a flat surface. Fit the assembly tool (with lock washer in it) onto one end of the rear axle.

    Rear Wheel Well Large Washer Rear Axle Assembly • Slide a large washer onto the rear axle assembly. • Slide a spacer onto the rear axle assembly. • Fit a round bushing, barrel side first, into the hole in the vehicle body rear wheel well, as shown.
