Key Operator Tools List

You can also set the line type for the machine connection, program Memory
Lock ID, fax destinations, and many other items. In addition, you can check the
number of documents transmitted and received.

7. Key Operator Setting

Description
Checks the transmission and
reception, and totals on the
display.
Switches the Memory Lock to
on or off. To use it, program
an ID for printing a message
received in Memory Lock
mode.
Transfers received messages
to a programmed receiver
(forwarding destination).
Allows you to change and
print the function settings to
meet your needs.
By programming particular
receivers as Special Sender in
advance, you can have Special
Senders treated differently.
Programs an ID required for
Memory Lock reception.
Selects a line type when you
connect the machine to a G3
analog line.
Note
❒ This function is not avail-
able in some areas.
Selects whether you connect
the machine to a PABX that re-
quires an additional dial num-
ber or to the telephone
network.
Allows various settings over
the telephone line from the
service station.
