Screen Options
Selecting Screen Options opens the screen
options soft row and closes the Automation
Transport Controls.
Automation Transport
Selecting Automation Transport opens the
Automation Transport Controls and closes the
screen options soft row.
Hide Current
Selecting Hide Current hides the currently
displayed soft row, as if the >>OPTIONS or
>>AUTO soft button had been pressed.

AUTOMATION MENU

To access the Automation Menu:
1. Press the CONTROL button on the LARC2
to enter Control Mode, which provides
access to automation. The soft row shown
in Figure 8 (above) will display.

The Automation Menu will display as shown above
when automation is not running.

2. Press the AUTO! soft button to enter
Automation Mode. The automation screen
that was last selected will display. When
automation is accessed for the first time,
the Automation Session Library screen
shown in Figure 10 (page 11) will display.
3. Press the AUTO! soft button again to
access the Automation Menu shown in
Figure 9 (below).
The Automation Menu will display in one
of two forms. Menu A will display when
automation is not running, and Menu B
will display when automation is running.
Automation Menu options are described
throughout this document.

NEW SESSION

Selecting the New Session option creates a
new automation session using the existing
state of the 960L. Current word clock settings,
DSP configuration, I/O routing, global mix
settings, and global I/O settings become part
of the new session.

when automation is running.
