AUGER CONTROL
Locatedon the upperhandle,the auger controlhandleis usedto
engageand disengagedriveto the auger.Squeezethe controlhandle
againstthe upperhandleto engagethe auger;releaseit to disengage.
CHUTE
ASSEMBLY
Rotatethe dischargechute to the left or rightusingthe controlhandle.
Thepitch of the dischargechute controlsthe angleat which the snow
is thrown.Loosenthewing knobon the side of the dischargechute
beforepivotingthe dischargechute upwardor downward.Retighten
the knoboncethe desiredpositionhasbeen achieved.
SHAVE PLATE
Theshaveplate maintainscontactwith the pavementas the snow
throweris propelled,allowingsnowclose tothe 3avement'ssurfaceto
be discharged.
