Use the Number buttons (I - 8) to select a position in
which to store the timer recording.
Flashing numbers indi-
cate an open position (one in which a timer recording has not yet
been stored).
NOTE:If you selecta numberthat hasalreadybeenusedtostorea
tJmerrecording, PREVIOUSLY SETPROGRAM willappearon-screen f or a
few seconds. TheninformatJon aboutthe programin thatposition will
appearon-screen. If this happens, pressthe STATUSIEXIT b utton.Then
usethe Number buttons to selectanotherpasition.

• Enter the channelof the'IV programyou want to record (you
mustenter a 0 before all single-digit c hannels).
• If you are recording from line input,press0, 0. A/V IN will
appearon-screen.
• If you are recording usinga Cable BOy.enter the Cable Box
output channel(03 or 04). Be sure to selectthe channelof the
TV programat the Cable Box and leavethe Cable Box on for
the timer recording.
