The gasket is designed with a gap at
the bottom to allow for proper air
circulation.
Do not rub or clean the door gasket-it
has an extremely low resistance to
abrasion.
#you notice the gasket becoming
worn, frayed or damaged in any way
or if it has become displaced on the
door,you should have it replaced.
Cleaning
the Oven Door
Tocleanthe insideof the door:

Because the areainsidethe gasketis
cleanedduringthe self-clean cycle,
youdo not needto cleanthis byhand.
Thearea outsidethe gasketand the door
linercanbe cleanedwith a soap-filled
or plasticscouringpad,hot water and
detergent.Rinse wellwith a vinegar
and water solution.
Onstandard-clean models:
Soapandwater will normallywork.Heavy
spatteringor spillovers may requirecleaning
with a mildabrasive cleaner. S oap-filled
scouringpadsmay alsobe used.

Usesoapand water to thoroughlyclean
the top,sidesand front ofthe ovendoor.
Rinse well.Youmay alsousea glasscleaner
to cleanthe glasson the outsideof the door.
Do not letwater drip intothe vent openings.
If anystainon the door venttrim is
persistent,usea softabrasivecleaner
and a sponge-scrubber for bestresults.
Spillage of marinades, f ruitjuices,tomato
saucesand bastingmaterialscontaining
acidsmay causediscoloration and should
be wipedup immediately. W hensurfaceis
cool,cleanand rinse.
Do not useovencleaners, cleaningpowders
or harshabrasiveson theoutsideofthe
door.

frame,to the unlockedposition. A tool,
suchas a smallflat-bladescrewdriver,
may be required.
Firmlygraspboth sidesof the door

Close door to the door removalposition,
which ishalfwaybetweenthe broilstop
positionand fully closed.

Lift door up and out untilthe hingearm
is clearof the slot.
Toreplacethe door:
Firmlygraspboth sidesof the door

correctlyin the bottom edgeofthe slot.
Pushthe hingelocksup againstthe front
frameof the ovencavityto the locked
position.
