To remove the oven bottom on a GE JGB720SEJSS oven:

1. Remove all oven racks.
2. Gently place one grate on the center of the oven bottom in the upright position.
3. Stack any remaining grates as instructed in the manual.
4. Do not place or stack grates in any other configuration.

This allows access to clean up glass or any other debris from the oven bottom.
