Connecting to an Audio System (Dolby* Digital, MPEG2 or DTS* Amplifi er)
1. If using an optical cable (not included), connect the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL) terminal on the rear of the Blu-ray
disc player to the DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL) terminal of your Amplifi er.
OR,
If using a coaxial cable (not included), connect the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (COAXIAL) terminal on the rear of the Blu-ray
disc player to the DIGITAL AUDIO IN (COAXIAL) terminal of the Amplifi er.

Note
= The position of terminals may vary depending on the Amplifi er. Please refer to the userʼs manual of your Amplifi er.
= Please set the digital audio output settings in the Home menu according to the Amplifi er, please refer to page 23.
= Depending on how the disc was recorded, the audio may not be output properly on the number of channels desired.

1. Using the USB cable (if necessary), connect the USB device to the unit.
