A nationwide network of authorized service centers provides service for Heat Controller
products. These authorized service companies have trained service staff and common
replacement parts. For informaton on limited warranties, click the "Warranty" button under
each product on the web site.
If you are requesting service for a product still under limited warranty, follow the procedures
in the "Warranty" section.
IMPORTANT: Do not send product back to the factory unless specifically requested to do
so; in that case, a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) will be issued.
