Product Pick-Up - Heat Controller Comfort-Aire Manual

If you are located near the Heat Controller facility in Jackson, Michigan, you may want to
pick up an order in person. The procedure listed below helps us serve all our customers
better and alleviates delays due to truck lines that are occupying shipping docks during
the day.
1. All orders tagged for customer pick-up will be available Monday through
Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
2. Due to the time involved in picking the order, we do not accept pick-up
orders placed for the same day.
3. We are not able to add on to any orders placed for pick-up, so please check
your order for accuracy at the time you place it.
4. Once you have placed the order, a Customer Service Representative will
contact you to schedule an appointment day and time.
5. Orders are subject to cancellation if not picked up on the designated day.
