Telephone Procedures

ROTATION:
Calls are taken by our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in the order in which
they are received. If all CSRs are busy on other calls, your call will go into our call waiting
queue and will be answered by the first available CSR.
CALLING A SPECIFIC CSR
You can call a specific CSR by dialing that person's direct line—direct lines are shown
in the "Contacts" list. If you do not have that list available, you can call the main Heat
Controller number and ask the operator to connect you to that individual.
Heat Controller 517-787-2100
VOICE MAIL
There are times when the volume of calls is such that a CSR is not immediately available.
In that case, you may leave a message on the voice mail system and the CSR will return
the call the same day.
If you call the main switchboard after hours, you may also leave a message in the main
Heat Controller mail box; the operator will forward that message first thing on the next
business day.
E-MAIL
E-mail messages are a fast and easy way to contact someone at Heat Controller or to
request general information. Our "Contacts" list shows the e-mail addresses of the Heat
Controller staff.
NOTE: All telephone orders are subject to Heat Controller's Terms and Conditions
of Sale and the terms and conditions in the Heat Controller Price List and in the
Heat Controller Limited Warranty.
IMPORTANT: Whenever calling about a product, have the model number and serial
number available.
