Please connect the product to the PC through USB cable.
C．Once the product enters the working status, the indicator will turn
on. The system displays a green icon on the right down corner.
D．Right click" my computer", select "manage" option to open the
window of "hard disk management".
E．Please select the "hard disk management" option under the
directory of "storage". You will find a note of "unknown" in the
hard disk management information directory as illustrated.
