5.Aprogram that contains no derivative ofany portion ofthe Library, but i sdesigned towork with the Library by being
compiled orlinked with it,iscalted a"work that uses the Library". Such awork, inisolation, isnot a derivative work ofthe
Library, and therefore falls o utside the scope ofthis License.
