tile time counter will hold its count until recorded
material is
detected
again.

A minus (-) will appear in flcont of tile time if you rewind tile tape thrther back than a counl_,r
reading of 0:00:00.

The time counwr disappears
during search; this is normal.

Check to nlake sure there is a tape in tile VCR.

Try ejecting and reinserting

Check to make sure the tape is not broken.
