VCR
Features
Slow Motion
You can view a tape during play or play-pause mode using slow motion.
1.
In pausv mode, press the FORWARD or REVERSE bunon to start slow-motion
playback.
2.
Press the FORWARD buuon to increase search speed or the REVERSE button to decrease
search speed.
3.
Use the TRACKING + or - buttons to remove any streaks t)com the picture.
4.
Press the PLAY bunon lo return to normal playback.
The VCR switches automatically
l_com slow-motion
playback
to stop alter a l_.w minutes.
Frame Advance
Frame Advance lets you vivw stop-action
one l_came after another during playback.
To Start Frame
Advance:
1.
Press the PAUSE bunon on fl_, nm_oi__
(PLAY/PAL
SE on the
VCR)
to l]c_ezv the action.
2.
Press F. ADV on the remote control each tim(. you want to view thv next t)mme of the scene.
3.
Press lhe PAUSE or PLAY bunon on the remote control (PLAY/PAUSE on the VCR) to return
to normal playback.
Index Search
The VCR has a "VHS Index Search System" that automatically
records an index mark on the tape
every time you start a recording.
During playback
you can locate the program
you want to play
by the number of index marks or by scanning.
The VCR will search tk_rward or reverse t)com the
location you are on the tape.

Pn.ss STOP.
2.
Press SEARCH on the remote to display the INDEX SEARCH screen on the
TV screen.

If you want to search through a certain number
ot index marks, press two

buttons to enter the nunlber

CLEAR on the remote to correct an entry.
