The Buttons on the Remote Control

Enter
channel

the remote
control.

press the two digits. To enter a three-digit

right of the number, then add the second two. Example:

If you set up the Auto Tuning l)ature
(Chapter 3), pressing the
AUX bulton automatically
runes the TV to the correct channel.

Lights tip some

in the dark.
CH (up and down)
buttons
Scan up or down
through
the current
channel
list.
Press once
to change
the channel
up or down;
press
and hold
to continue
changing
channels.
CH CTRL (Channel
Control)
Selects the picture
window
(main
window
or
PIP window)
that changes
when
you press
the channel
up or channel
down
bulton
or the INPUT
bulton,
CLEAR Removes any menu or display Dora the screen and returns you to
TV viewing.
DVD Puts the remote in DVD mode. If you set up the Auto Tuning t>ature
(Chapter
3), pressing the DVD button automatically
tunes the TV to the
correct channel.
FORWARD If you're operating
a VCR or DVD player with the remote control,
press FORWARD to advance
a videotape
or disc.
GO BACK
Returns you to the previous
channel.
GUIDE Displays the G{IDE Plus+ system
press GUIDE again to remove it from
the screen.
INFO Displays channel inlkmuation.
INPUT
In TV mode, press INPUT to toggle through the available Video Input
channels
(FRNT/SVIDF, VID1iSVID1, VID2iCVID2, VPORT and the current
channel).
L.E.D. (light-emitting
diode) The little light on the remote that lights when you
are progralunfing
the remote. It also lights when you press a valid button on
the remote.
MENU l)isplays
the TV's Main menu. YOu can also press and hold for 2
seconds
to display the GUIDE Plus+ system.
