_1 Pressing the numeric
buttons simply selects a track. To select a group (when a disc contains more than one group),
press TITLE/GROUP
before pressing the numeric
buttons.

only one title, or selects a title when a
disc contains
more than one title.
The selected title, group or track number
appears in the display window
on the front panel.

1 and 10:

To select 40:
+10 -_ +10 -_ +10 -_ 10
Press the corresponding
button for the number.
Use the +10 button.
The unit starts playback from the beginning
of the selection.
The selected title, chapter, group or track number
appears in the display window
on the front panel.
NOTES
• You can also specify the desired title during DVD VIDEO playback. See page 31 for details.
• During DVD AUDIO/DVD
VIDEO playback, if a menu is shown on the TV screen, the numeric buttons may be used for selecting
an item in the menu.
• When (_ appears on the TV screen:
The title, chapter,
group or track you have selected
is not contained
in the disc.
• This function does not work during SVCD/Video
CD playback with PBC function (see pages 5 and 30).
