Recording Movies
Press _.,0 to shoot a movie. During recording, _ REC
and the time remaining will be displayed in the LCD
monitor and sound will be recorded via the built-in
microphone (be careful not to cover the microphone
during recording).

To end recording, press the _o)button again. Recording ends automatically
when the movie reaches maximum length or memory is full.
Zoom carl be adjusted while recording is in progress.The type of zoom carl be se-
lected using tile [] MOVIE ZOOM TYPE option in the setup menu (_ 85).
_, Focus,exposure and white balance are adjusted automatically throughout record-
ing (the focus mode carl be selected using tile rdnMOVIE AF MODE option in the
shooting menu; _ 68). Tile color and brightness of the image may vary from that
displayed before recording begins.
_, Sounds made by tile camera may be recorded.
