LimitedWarrantycoveringparts and laborfor servicingwithin the 48 mainlandUnitedStates, Hawaii,Washington, D .Cand Canada.In
Alaskathe LimitedWarrantyis the sameexceptthat youmust payto shipthe Productto the serviceshopor the servicetechnician's
travelto your home. Products for usein Canada must be purchased throughthe Canadian distributionchannel t o ensureregulatory
compliance.
If the Productis installedin a motor vehicle,boat or similarmobilefacility,youreceivethe sametwo yearLimitedWarranty, b ut you
must bringthe vehicle,boat or mobilefacility containingthe Product t o the serviceshopat yourexpense or paythe servicetechnician's
travelto the locationof the Product.

Repairwithout cost to the ownereitherfor materialor laboranypart of the Product,the serialnumberof which appearson the Product,
which is foundto be defective. In Alaska,you mustpayto shipthe Product t o the serviceshopor for the servicetechnician'stravelto
yourhome. If the Product i s installedin a motor vehicle,boator similarmobilefacility,youmust bringit to the serviceshopat your
expense or payfor the servicetechnician's travel to the locationof the Product. If we are unableto repaira defectivepartof the
Productafter a reasonable numberof attempts,at our optionwe mayreplacethe part or the Product,or we may provideyou a full
refundof the purchase priceof the Product(not includinginstallationor other charges).
Thiswarrantyextendsto the originalpurchaser a nd anysucceeding owner of the Product f or productspurchased for ordinarysingle-
familyhomeuse.
All serviceunderthis LimitedWarrantyshallbe providedby Fisher 8 Paykel or its Authorized ServiceAgentduringnormalbusiness
hours.
HOW LONG DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY LAST?
Ourliabilityunderthis LimitedWarrantyexpiresTWOYEARS from the date of purchase of the Productbythe first consumer.
Ourliabilityunderanyimpliedwarranties,includingthe impliedwarrantyof merchantability (anunwrittenwarrantythat the Product i s fit
for ordinaryuse)alsoexpiresONEYEAR(or suchlongerperiodas requiredby applicablelaw)from the dateof purchase of the Product

8. Correcting damagecausedby pests,for example,rodents,insectsetc.
