The VSUC4RK and camera is designed to be used with category 5 or category 6; no other cable should be used. The use of wire other than category 5 or category 6 cable will void all NuTone warranties and may result in faulty installation and improper operation.
Under the Cabinet Mounting Fasten the plastic frame of the loop antenna using screws, nails, or staples (not supplied) in an open space under the cabinet. Attach the two wire lead-in cable from the loop antenna to the AM-ANT terminals on the back of the TV/Monitor.

FM Folded Dipole Antenna with 20 foot lead-in The folded dipole antenna with a 20' lead is designed to be mounted in the homes attic. If additional lead-in length is needed, additional 300 ohm “twin lead” cable can be attached. Use one of the following methods to install the FM antenna.

Depending on the depth of the cabinet, decide if you need to make all the connections to the back of the TV/Monitor before fastening the TV/Monitor to the bottom of the cabinet.

Camera Volume Adjustment The VSC4R door camera is provided with a volume level adjustment set screw. The adjustment has been pre-set at the fac- tory to provide the optimal volume level at the door camera.
