If the LED is not lit, disconnect the battery cable from the cache.

Remove the controller from the server, and place it on a firm, flat, nonconducting surface.

Install the new cache on the controller. Press firmly above each connector to ensure good electrical

IMPORTANT: If the cache is not properly connected, the controller will not boot.
Replace the controller in the server.

If the previous cache was connected to a battery pack, reconnect the battery cable to the new

cache.
