Tighten screws with 13mm socket head (power tool is recommended) in the following sequence: 1st-lower right; 2nd-upper left; 3rd-lower left; 4th-upper right. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN SCREWS! For solid concrete applications, torque screws to 60 in-lbs (6.8 N m).
