How to Set the Oven for Convection Roasting when Using the Probe

Place the shelf in the sheff position
(A). Insert the probe completely
into the food.
Plug the probe into the outlet in the
oxen. Make sm'e it is pushed all the
wax in. Close the oxen doo_:

[] Touch the CONVECtiON ROAST pad.
[] Touch the number pads to set the
desired oxen temperatm'e.

the PROBE pad.

CONVECTIONROAST pad and then touch
the number pads to set the new desired
temperature.
