This report shows the type of transaction which took place, the name or number of the other machine
involved, the number of pages, and the result.
The Transaction
Report is normally
printed out only when a problem occurs. However, you can
change the setting to have it printed out after every transmission,
every transmission
and reception,
or not at all. The setting is made with User Switch 6 (See "User Switches" in Chapter 5). It cannot
be printed out manually.
EXPLANATION
OF HEADINGS
SENDER/RECEIVER
The fax number of the other machine involved in the transaction.
If this machine does not have an ID function, the communication
mode will appear (for example, "G3").
PAGES
Number of pages transmitted.
NOTE
Conditions
of communication.
ja Notes which may appear are as follows:
OK
Transmission
was normal.
P.FAIL
Power failure occurred.
JAM
A problem with the recording paper or document occurred.
NO PAPER
No recording paper.
COM.E-0 to COM.E-7
A line error prevented transmission
(see "Communication
error
codes" in Chapter 8).
CANCEL
Transmission
was canceled
because
the STOP
key was
pressed, no document was in the feeder, or the other machine
requested transmission
using a function which the FO-130 does
not have.
