PREPARING TO TRANSMIT A DOCUMENT
MAKING THE SETTINGS

The document mustjirst be loaded in the feeder (ifthis is not done, the
RESOLUTION
key used
to make the settings will not be activated).
1.
Press the RESOLUTION key one or more times
until the desired resolution and contrast settings
appear in the display.
. The first time you move through the list of
resolution settings, the contrast setting
AUTO will appear next to each resolution
setting. The second time you move
through the list, the contrast setting DARK
will appear.
2. Continue by dialing the number of the other party
using one of the dialing methods described in the
following section.
