*If a support sheet is packed with the paper, load it underneath the paper,
but do not print on it.

Set the adjust lever to the "+" position when you print on
envelopes, or if ink smears on your documents when
printing on thick special media. To change the setting, open
the printer cover and position the lever as shown below.
Note:
Return the adjust lever to the "0" position before printing on media of
normal thickness. If you leave the lever in the "+" position, this may
cause gaps to appear on the printouts when you print on other media.

Printing on Special Paper
When you use A4 size paper, you
can load up to 20 sheets; while
you can load up to 10 sheets
when you use ledger, letter, and
A3 size paper. Before loading
Photo Paper, always put a
support sheet* under the stack of
Photo Paper.
