You can use the procedure below to specify what happens when
you press the [_] (PLAY) button.
1. Press [MENU].
2. On the "Set Up" tab, select "_ Power On"
and then press [,].
3. Use [A] and [V] to select the setting you want
and then press [SET].
Turn on the camera Power On
Turn on the camera when held down for
about one second
• This setting prevents turning on the Hold: On
camera accidentally when it is being
carried in a bag, etc.
Do not turn on the camera Disable
_NOTE
• The initial factory default for this setting is "Power On".
• Change this setting to anything besides "Disable" before
connecting to a TV for image viewing.
