You can use a video-compatible television as a monitor to shoot or play
back images when it is connected to the camera with the supplied AV Cable
AVC-DC300.

Turnoff the Cameraand the TV. (p.

Connect t heAV cableto the
camera'sA/V OUTterminal.
Usethe toggle on the wrist strap to open
the terminal cover (p. 13) and insertthe
AV cable all the way.
Treatthe connector area with great care
while you attach and remove the AVcable.
Plugthe other endsof theAV cable
to the VIDEO IN and AUDIOIN jacks
on the TV.
Turnonthe TVand switchit to
Power Lamp
Pressthe powerbutton untilthe
powerlamp lightsgreen.
The image will appear on the TV. Shoot or
play back images as usual.
Press the DISP. button when images are
not being displayed on the TV when
shooting.
