Setting the AF and

Drive Modes

The viewfinder has nine AF points.

By manually selecting a suitable AF

o ° _

point, you can shoot with autofocus

while composing the shot as

desired.

You can also select the AF mode and drive mode best

matching the shooting conditions and subject.

_ The -A- icon on the upper right of the page title indicates

that the function can be used only in Creative Zone modes

(P/ Tv/

Av/ M/ B).

®_ In Basic Zone modes, the AF mode, AF point, and drive

mode are set automatically.

<A F> Stands i0 r auto f0cus_ <MF> stands for manual focus_
