    I just got the sony str-dn840 to replace my receiver on my surround sound but I have a problem with the remote I can not get it to change the channels on my tv. I have try to use the shift button on the remote but still will not shift over for me to use it to change the channel on my tv also this morning it went to mute and I had to shut it down then turn it back on for me to get audio but I was only getting audio from my center speaker only? can you help on this problem.
