The All-Power APG3535 may not start due to the following reasons based on the provided information:
1. The engine switch is not turned to "ON". 2. The choke lever is not in the correct position ("START" for starting, "RUN" after engine starts). 3. The fuel valve is not in the correct position ("START" for starting, "RUN" after engine starts). 4. The valve on the propane bottle is not fully open. 5. The "PURGE" button was not pressed for 3 seconds before starting. 6. The recoil starter was not pulled. 7. The spark plug may be dirty, damaged, or not properly gapped. 8.
