O Soil Level
ChangingtheSOIL LEVEL increases or decreases the washtime to rernovedifferentamountsof soil.
TochangetheSOILLEVEL, presstheSOILLEVEL button untilgou havereachedthe desiredsetting.Youcanchoose
betweenExtraLight,Light,Normal,Heuvgor ExtraHeuvgsoil.
O Spin Speed
ChangingtheSPINSPEED changes the final spinspeedof the cgcles. A lwaysfollowthe garmentmanufacturer's care
labelwhen changingthe SPIN SPEED.
TochangetheSPINSPEED, press the SPIN SPEED button untilSOU havereached the desiredsetting.Youcanchoose
betweenNoSpin,Low,Hedium,Highor ExtraHighSpin.Higherspinspeeds are not availableon certaincycles,suchas
Delicates.
Higherspinspeedsremovemorewaterfrom the clothesand will helpreducedrytime, butmay alsoincrease the
possibility of settingwrinkleson somefabrics.
O Wash Temp
Adjustto selectthe properwater temperaturefor the washcycle.Theprewashand rinsewater isalwayscoldto help
reduceenergyusageand reducesettingof stainsand wrinkles.
Follow the fabric manufacturer's carelabelwhenselecting the washtemperature.
Tochangethe washtemperature, p ressthe WASH TENPbutton untilSOU havereachedthe desiredsetting.Youcan
choosebetween TapCold,Cold, W arm,Hot or Sanitize. TheSanitized washtemperatureis not availableon certaincycles,
such asDelicates.

Whenselecting the Sanitize washtemperature, t hewasherincreases thewater temperatureto sanitizeand killmore
than 99%of many commonbacteriafoundin homelaundry.Thesanitizewashtemperatureis onlyavailableon the
Whites/Heaw Dutgwashcycle.Forbestresults, s electthe heaw soilsettingwhen usingthe Sanitize washtemperature
setting.
NOTE: Thefirst10 seconds of the washfillis alwagscold.Thisfeatureassists in conditioning the fabricandpreventing stains
from settingon garments.

Pressthe SETTINGS button.
When "DRYER LINK"appears in
the displag, press ENTER.Using
the _1/1_arrow kegs, select ON
and press ENTER.
When the washer cgcle is
completed, the washer will
communicate with the drger when
ang button on the control panel is
touched or the door is opened.
The washer will displag,
"TRANSFERRING C YCLE
INFORMATION T OTHE DRYER"
and the drger will displag,
"RECEIVING CYCLE INFORMATION
TOTHEDRYER".
The drger will only communicate
with the washer if the drger is not
running a cgcle.
If the washer starts a new cgcle
before the dryer has a chance
to communicate with it,
the information will be lost.
End-of-Cycle Volume:
Press the SETTINGS button. When
"VOLUHE" appears in the displag,
press ENTER, then select "End of
Cycle". Using the ,/1_ arrow keys,
select High, Medium, Low or Off.
Control Sounds:
Press the SETTINGS button, then
select "Volume". When "CONTROL
SOUNDS" appears in the displag,
press ENTER. Using the ,/1_ arrow
kegs, select High, Medium, Low
or Off.
Display Brightness:
Press the SETTINGS button, When
"DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS" appears
in the displag, press ENTER. Using
the _/1_ arrow kegs, select High,
Medium or Low.
Water Hardness
(Only appears when SMART
DISPENSER Pedestal Accessory
is connected to washer):

detergent dispensed automaticallg
