All LEDs blinking (Fuser Error) at power up

All LEDs blink when
Step
attempting at power
up

Check the thermostat
for continuity. Is there
continuity?

Check the lamp for
continuity. Is there
continuity?

Check the thermistor
for wear. Is the
thermistor worn?

Check for 110 V ac
across the 2 pins of
connector CN502 on
the LVPS. Is 110 V ac
present?
5
Check the fuser gears
for wear or other
damage. Is the gear
damaged?
The
LED blinks once then all other LEDs blink
(Over Heat Error)
This message is displayed when the printer detects the fuser is
hotter than it should be via feedback through the fuser thermistor.

Replace the fuser. Did
this resolve the problem?

Did LVPS replacement
resolve the problem?
Yes
Go to step 2.

Replace the fuser.
