What to do if...

Never do anything to the cooker that could
cause injury to people or damage the prod-
uct. Below you will find suggestions as to
There is no power to the cooker
The cooker does not work
The oven does not work
It takes too long to boil/fry
The oven light does not work
The door lock does not work
The meat probe does not work
The clock shows the wrong time or does not work at
all
The signal clock does not work
Sound is heard from the cooker even though it has
been switched off
F flashes in the hob display
- ligths up in the hob display
F9 lights up in the oven display
Problem

Remedy
Check the following:
• that the fuse/fuses are in good condition
• that the power plug is properly inserted
• that any earth fault switch is turned on
Check that the function lock is not active
Set the clock
Check that you have selected a suitable pan
with good heat conductivity
Replace oven bulb
Activate the lock function
Check that the roasting thermometer is prop-
erly connected in the oven; take it out and then
re-connect it. Programme the desired temper-
ature
Set the correct time
Programme in a time
The sound comes from the thermostat con-
trolled fan which protects the cooker electron-
ics. No action required, since this is completely
normal.
• Unsuitable cookware
• No cookware on the cooking zone
• The diameter of the bottom of the cookware
is to small for the cooking zone
Check the fuses
Pull the plug out of the wall outlet. Connect up
again and re-start the cooker
